The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI) is a statutory body set up under an Act of Parliament in the year 1959. The Institute as a part of its obligation regulates the profession of Cost and Management Accountancy. The Institute also pursues the vision of cost competitiveness, cost management, efficient use of resources and structured approach to cost accounting as the key drivers of the profession.
The Institute is also successfully publishing its pioneering Journal, ‘The Management Accountant’ since 1966. This Journal is being published keeping in mind the needs of the Cost and Management Accountants (CMA), and provides wide knowledge on the recent developments and changes in the global and national financial scenarios. The wide circulation and inputs from academicians, researchers and industry stalwarts are the keys to the success of this journal.
El Instituto de Contadores de costos de la India (ICAI) es un organismo de derecho público creado en virtud de una ley del Parlamento en el año 1959. El Instituto como parte de su obligación regula la profesión de Costos y Gestión Contabilidad. El Instituto también persigue la visión de la competitividad de costes, gestión de costes, el uso eficiente de los recursos y el enfoque estructurado para la contabilidad de costes como los principales impulsores de la profesión.
El Instituto también está publicando con éxito su Diario pionero, "El Contador Gestión 'desde 1966. Este Diario se publica teniendo en cuenta las necesidades de los costes y contables de la gerencia (CMA), y ofrece un amplio conocimiento sobre la evolución reciente y los cambios en el escenarios financieros globales y nacionales. La amplia circulación y aportaciones de académicos, investigadores y incondicionales de la industria son las claves para el éxito de esta revista.
